DRESS CODE
Formal Attire:
We recommend long dresses for ladies and suits or tuxedos for gentlemen.
Ladies, please avoid pointed shoes as we’ll be walking through a nature park, and don’t forget to bring a pair of flats so you can dance comfortably during the after-party.
Feel free to add your own personal touch — just keep it classy!
As a final note, we kindly ask guests not to wear white or red during the wedding day.
Weather Forecast
Our venue includes both outdoor and indoor spaces, and since it’s spring in Spain, the evenings can get a bit chilly.
We recommend bringing a scarf or coat to stay comfortable.

Join us the night before the wedding for a relaxed all-white welcome party with all our guests.
Come dressed in white and ready to enjoy good food, fun games, live entertainment, and warm company — we can’t wait to share this special evening with you!
Please note: this is an RSVP-only event. If you don’t confirm by April 8, 2025, the venue and catering unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate additional guests.
Transportation
There are three main ways to get to Monasterio de Piedra: by car, bus, or train.
The fastest and most convenient option from both Madrid and Zaragoza is the train to Calatayud Station.
To help us arrange transportation to the venue, we need to know how many people will be arriving at Calatayud Train Station, and at what time, on May 9 (for the welcome party) or May 10 (for the wedding).

If you’re staying in Carenas (Arturo's childhood village) and will need a ride to the venue both days, please indicate Carenas as your pick-up point in the form.
Program Flow & Reminders
This wedding is a beautiful celebration of two cultures and two families coming together.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience a heartfelt blend of Filipino and Spanish traditions, languages, and moments.
All of our wonderful suppliers speak both English and Spanish, so everyone can feel welcome and connected.
We invite you to come with an open heart, be present, and enjoy the chance to mingle, celebrate, and create lasting memories together.
Now, here’s what to expect on the day itself:
✤ The ceremony will take place by the falls, so please be at the venue entrance by
5:00 PM and follow the instructions of the wedding coordinator.
✤ This is a no-phone ceremony, we want you to be fully present. So please, do not take photos or videos once it starts. Our photographer and videographer will capture everything—just enjoy the moment.
✤ After the ceremony, we will take group photos with everyone before heading to the cocktail party in the garden.
✤ At the garden, you can enjoy 14 different aperitivos, great music, and a unique live painting experience—feel free to approach our artist if you'd like to have your portrait painted.
✤ If you’d like personal photos, feel free to ask our amazing photographers or videographers anytime — or have fun at the photo booth during the after-party!
✤ The dinner reception will be inside the Monasterio de Piedra, followed by the after-party in the same area—so get ready to eat and dance! 🎉
